The competition of modern commercial banks is more and more intense,the competition means emerge in endlessly,with the gradual saturation of the whole sale business market,the profit rate of banks is also declining.At the same time,with the further improvement of the financial market financing system,the more diversified financing channels of enterprises,reduce the credit dependence on banks,these conditions make the commercial banks to develop retail business.Banks are too reliant on deposit and lending operations,rising bad debts have slowed overall growth,and bad loans have climbed,banks have rolled or extended loans to cover overdue loans,and the real risk is still hidden under sea level.In addition to internal operations,external competition is becoming more intense.A wide range of Internet products;P2P,crowdfunding,group-buying,and other Internet wealth management models have become increasingly popular with investors,which has led to various challenges for Banks' current and fixed deposits.In the face of intense liquidity,there are higher operating costs,Banks are struggling and transformation is inevitable,and the retail business is the focus of transformation.The goal of JT bank to build a "top-tier retail bank in China" has made it a slogan for the transformation of retail banking in 2005,which has been accelerated by the transformation and development of retail business over the years.However,compared with the developed countries and the domestic excellent retail Banks,the development results are still to be improved.However,how to make the transformation of the retail business effectively is the key question that needs to be studied in this paper.This paper will focus on the transformation strategy of the retail business of JT bank under the current economic conditions.Firstly,the paper discusses the current development of the banking industry and the problems encountered in the transformation of the retail business through economic analysis of macro and micro.If internal and external competition is fierce,serious competition factors;Unreasonable problem of network personnel setting;Product design and sales staff lag;Employee training,performance appraisal unclear issues and so on.By analyzing the current retail business of the general environment and JT bank,this paper points out the problems encountered in the transformation of the retail business of JT bank and puts forward the solutions.Product innovation,business model innovation,customer development model innovation,service experience optimization,risk control,human resource management are all the topics discussed in this paper.Through the case method,standard method,such as the use of research methods,comparative analysis of the domestic bank retail business transformation of successful cases,find out the scientific is suitable for JT transformation of bank's development strategy.This article through to the analysis of the current retail business development strategy,JT bank study its advantages and disadvantages in the development of the retail business transformation,and through analyzing the problems of the retail business development,JT bank retail business transformation plan is put forward.One is to strengthen the online site layout,the establishment of community Banks,direct selling bank to expand the network of bank management,at the same time increase the laid of Internet network platform,and enriched the bank channel construction;Secondly,we should increase the innovation of products,attract more individual customers,and make the bank truly professional.At the same time,the training of staff will be strengthened,and the construction of the retail sales team will benefit the bank to recommend the most suitable products to the most suitable customers,and make efficient asset allocation for customers.Finally,it puts forward to optimize the performance appraisal plan to implement the bank transformation policy to the people and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
