Research On The Optimization Of Work-related Injury Prevention Mechanism For Migrant Workers In AA Company

With the fast pace of our national industrialization,the problems of work-related injury accident and occupational health are becoming more frequent,which wide public concern over the work-related injury insurance.However,the status quo of the work-related injury insurance in China is not very optimistic,the concept of “More compensation and less prevention” is still deep-rooted.In fact,employment injury insurance,as an important part of social security system,is also a basic right of migrant workers.Work-related injury prevention is priority of employment Injury Insurance.However,there are still a lot of problems about employment injury insurance need to be solved,especially the problems on Work-related injury prevention mechanism.At the same time,construction industry possesses the characteristics of high-risk and labor-intensive.Then,to establish an effective preventive mechanism of work-related injury as soon as possible is imperative.Based on the macro-background of employment injury insurance development,this dissertation analyzed the existing problems of work-related injury prevention mechanism for migrant workers in AA company and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures in order to provide the reference and advice for other enterprises in construction industry.
