Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Supervision Of The Import And Export Food In China

With the rapid development of the import and export trade in China,the import and export food has become an important part of our country's economy and society.Meanwhile,the problems in the supervision of the import and export food increase every year,and the number of the import and export food has been increased for 11 successive years with high-speed growth in 2015.Due to the increasingly fierce competition in international trade,the independence of the supervision information among the related inspection supervision departments,the existing supervision model behind the economic development and so on,the supervision of the import and export food has become an important issue of the influence for the daily food security and the import and export trade in our country.There are many inspection supervision departments which have already paid attention to the existing problems in the supervision of the import and export food.These departments have researched the laws,the policies and the supervision models,which need to improve,in the supervision of the import and export food combining their respective realities.Such as the risk management,the credit management and so on.However,since the management in the supervision of the import and export food is complex with many factors which are policies,systems,technologies and so on,the supervision of the import and export food has still been a challenge for the foreign trade of our country.This dissertation uses the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau as the research object to solve many problems in the supervision of the import and export food through theoretical assumptions and empirical analysis,and then the reasons which lead to the frequent food problems,the trade barriers defeat,the grim situation of foreign trade and the insufficient of the ability to inspect will be proposed by analyzing.By using the advanced and mature practices and management experience in foreign countries,this dissertation proposes the feasibility policies and theoretical basises to solve these problems in the supervision of the import and export food.The research on the existingproblems and countermeasures in the supervision of the import and export food in China not only extends its research area,but also enriches the research contents in the risk management of the import food,and further supplements the theoretical research for the current supervision of the import and export food.
