Evaluation Of Development Level Of Inclusive Finance In Yunnan Province And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

In the process of reform and opening up,finance has helped my country's rapid economic and social development.However,there are still a large number of rural residents and vulnerable groups that are difficult to enter the traditional financial services.In order to respond to the financial needs of different groups,and in order to respond to and implement the "Plan for Promoting Inclusive Financial Development(2016-2020)" issued by the State Council,grasp the "Thirteenth National Economic and Social Development in Yunnan Province" Five-Year Plan Outline”,the “Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Yunnan Province on Vigorously Developing Inclusive Finance” was officially released.How to implement the inclusive financial policy really involves the evaluation of the level of inclusive financial development and the analysis of influencing factors.Based on the three theories,this paper selects the three dimensions of financial service to measure the level of inclusive financial development in each city of Yunnan Province from 2009 to 2018.Panel data analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of inclusive finance development in 16 cities in Yunnan province.The conclusions are as follows: 1.Inclusive finance,inequitable development,unreasonable structure,uneven supply and demand,etc..2.The urban-rural income gap has a negative impact on the development of inclusive finance.The transportation convenience,education level,regional economic level,employment rate,urbanization rate,and financial support level all have a positive effect on the development of inclusive finance.The popularity index is not significant.This article theoretically supplements the current status of research on inclusive finance development in each city in Yunnan Province at this stage.In practice,it provides basic supporting materials for the decision-making of the government financial supervision department.
