Study On Passenger Service Innovation Of Nanning Airport In Guangxi

When the strategy of "civil aviation power" was been put forwardthe civil aviation industry in our country has taken on a good development trend with the sustained and rapid development of the national economy,and the civil aviation airports have gradually become the window of the national,regional and urban foreign exchanges since 2008.However,the convergence of passenger service products makes it difficult to meet the growing demand for personalized,personalized and diversified services.In order to achieve the passengers' wishes,providing a unique and enjoyable services,pay attention to how to improve the means of civil airport service innovatively,optimize the service processes,improve the service quality,set up the airport brand image,formed its own unique competitiveness are important topics that should be highlighted.This paper takes Nanning Wuxu International Airport as the object of study,finds out its problems and the short board existing in passenger service through the scientific and reasonable analysis of passenger service status.The study founded that the hardware facilities,human resources management,service quality evaluation mechanism,information management,diversity of service product and collaborative linkage mechanism were the six main current passenger service problems of Nanning Wuxu Airport.With the years of work experience of the author,combinae the background,structure,operation process,product structure and all-round considerations of aviation,from the aspects of passenger service culture,organization system,quality management,facilities and equipment,information management and cooperative linkage mechanism to put forward the scientific,reasonable and feasible innovation strategy of passenger service for Nanning Wuxu Airport.Hope to provide more specific and systematic guidance for the innovation of Nanning airport passenger service quality,innovate the mode and means of passenger service at Nanning Wuxu Airport to a certain extent,and enhance the quality of passenger service.In order to play the important window bridge role in the connects between national hinterland and ASEAN countries better in the development of The Belt and Road.
