There shoud not only be a first-class hardware facilities but also be first-class software services in the first-class airport. It is the quality of services that reflect the developmnet and overall strength of the airport and decide the attractiveness of the airport for the airport passengers and airlines .It has become an international trend in the development of the airport that aervice functions improving and striving to provide passengers a perfect service experience. It competes increasely for A airport passengers that with the development of the surrounding airports, road and rail network improvement. To fight source, we must improve the quality of service and improve passenger service levels.The thesis studyed passenger service quality in A airport. Based on statistical data that in international airport passenger service quality ranking, questionnaires and interviews with experts,and drawn the reasons for the question. Design the program by using the quality management theory and design theory salary. Survey out of the airport passenger service quality problems and the reasons for the service assessment is imperfect, there is inadequate hardware configurations, instructions identify the imperfect, the process is not smooth passenger service and passenger flight delays and other emergency relief is not timely.Design services to enhance the program, proposed the implementation of the program conditions and effects forecasting; and implementation of the project evaluation of examples to verify the effectiveness of the program reasonable facilities.
