Research On The Implementation Of Internet Consumer Rights Protection In Administration For Industry And Commerce Of Jingxi

With the word "governance" having emerged to people's vision since 1990s,the corresponding theory also keeps developing continuously.Network governance theory,as a new governance theory proposed by Stephen Goldsmith,lays a theoretical foundation for solving many practical issues.Based on the connotation of network governance theory in combination with the situation of consumer rights protection executed by Administration for Industry and Commerce of Jingxi in governing network,the paper analyzes the specific issues exposed to execution of network consumer rights protection in this region and digs deep into causes of these issues.By means of reasons analysis and the network governance theory application,it aims to propose solutions for Administration for Industry and Commerce of Jingxi to govern execution problems of network consumer rights protection.As for current Administration for Industry and Commerce,the key to solve execution problems of network consumer rights protection lies in establishing new network governance modes under the leadership of the government,matching with involvement of multiple governance body,setting up more links,strengthening mutual coordination and communication,clarifying governance responsibilities,and realizing mutual benefit situation to solve execution problems in network consumer rights protection.
