Business Valuation Of Letv

With the advent of the Internet in 1969,after decades of development,Internet enterprises,the derivative products of the Internet,have become an indispensable force in the contemporary economic system,because of the huge differences with traditional enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the value of Internet enterprises by using the value evaluation method which is different from the traditional enterprises.Through the research of this paper,the author finds that the free cash discount model still has some advantages in evaluating the existing business value of Internet enterprises,and the real option rule is an excellent method to evaluate the potential value of Internet enterprises.In this paper,a new model of Internet enterprise value evaluation is constructed.The premise of this model is that the enterprise value of the Internet is regarded as the existing business value and the potential value of the enterprise.By evaluating the value of Letv net,comparing the evaluation results with the market value of Letv net,the difference between the two is within a reasonable range,and the validity of the model is verified.At the same time,based on the analysis of the current situation of Letv net,the paper analyzes the influence factors of the value of Internet enterprise and the value of Letv net,and analyzes the problems and reasons that affect the enterprise value in the early stage of the crisis.And puts forward the corresponding promotion suggestion pertinently.
