Research On Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Integration From The Perspective Of Inter-provincial Trade

Along with the acceleration of the economic integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei,region,more and more attention had been paid by domestic scholars.With various methods,current situation and existing difficulties related to the economic integration had been studied from the perspectives of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and proper political advices had been given by these scholars.In this paper,the definition of economic integration for the region due to the increase in the volume of goods,resulting in trade relations between the strengthening of a State of development.Domestic scholars use a variety of research methods to study regional economic integration,more mature research methods have gravitational trade model,boundary effect model and space overflow model.However,there are relatively few academic works on regional economic integration from the perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provincial trade.Inter-provincial trade is an important index to reflect the degree of trade activity between provincial administrations,and the feasibility of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic integration theory is comparatively high,so this paper uses the relatively new concept of inter-provincial trade coefficient as the cut-in point to study the current economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provincial trade.Based on the study of the economic status quo of the inter-provincial trade between Beijing and Tianjin and Hebei Province,the reasons for this economic situation are found through the improved regression model.The study mainly included two aspects:current situation of economic integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei;and causes leading to the situation.As to the former,the study analyzed current economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei by inter-provincial trade coefficient.The result showed that economic exchanges between Beijing and Hebei was strengthening along with time while the economic exchanges between Tianjin and Beijing,and Tianjin and Hebei were both weakening.And the local trade activity of Beijing and Hebei has been kept active,and the local trade activity in Tianjin has been rapidly strengthened and surpassed by Beijing and Hebei.When analyzing the reasons leading to the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper analyzes the factors that lead to the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by the improved regression model.It is found that the rational industrial distribution between regions has a stimulative effect on the provincial trade,the local protectionism and the geographical distance hinder the inter-provincial trade,finally sums up the conclusion of the empirical study,and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions based on the research conclusion of this paper.
