With the development of china’s economic,cultural,science and technology,people also have attached much importance to the importance of food safety regulation.To better safeguard food security,China has been to explore the optimal path,food safety regulation,for the reform of food safety has been the super-ministries reform under the new state in 2013,and new changes have taken place in food regulation.In order to further explore the food safety Regulation mode,based on Food Safety Regulation mode as the research object.Analyzed from the following angles:This article reviewed the current research from home and abroad,defined the concept of food safety regulatory;overview of food safety regulation model;the changes of the food safety regulation model;for after 2013 reform of current food safety regulatory model;Tianjin city N area food safety Regulation mode;after the reform,the present situation of food safety supervision and the problem of regulation.At the analyze the food safety regulatory,this paper shows the situation of Tianjin city N area after the reform of food safety regulation analyses the problem and then gives some advice to deal with it.This paper analyzes the above problems that we got the following revelation:Firstly,the division of food safety rights determines the pattern of food safety regulation;Secondly,this part uses the cross-section study,food safety regulation is embodied "dispersed regulation model" and "integrated regulation model",the another is the vertical dimension,food safety regulation is embodied "provincial vertical regulation model" and "local regulation model";Thirdly,the development of the country and the people’s importance to food safety increased have changed the mode of supervision:health management paradigm to safety management paradigm,dispersed regulation model to integrated regulation model,provincial vertical regulation model and local regulation model.In general,conform to the trend of The Times and solved the problem of food safety;Fourthly,after the reform,there has been some improvement in food safety,but there are still some problems,the main reasons Weak regulation,Inadequate use of third party supervision,Food safety information is asymmetric,The laws and regulations are not perfect;Fifth,foreign food safety regulation is worth using for reference that the law is highly detailed and system is perfect;The last Aiming at the problems Tianjin city N area,put forward the countermeasures for optimizing regulatory model;conduct training,change the evaluation system and improve the appraisal system,make full use of the Internet and science and technology of improve the regulatory model and food safety regulatory work.This paper is mainly adopted the method of data collecting,practical analysis theoretical and practical combination method.The papers significance is to aim at exploring new direction for the works of food safety regulation work in 2016 years.By discussing the current status,the reason of problem and the suggestion of Tianjin city N area,this paper wants to find out the better way of improve the efficiency of work for market and quality supervision administration.
