In 2014,under the care of the President Xi Jinping the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was formally identified as an important national strategy.How to make the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei come true?What's the real problems that cause the slow development of regional interation after thirty years of the reform and opening-up?And how to set out on a path of coordinated development with complementary advantages,mutual benefit and mutual integration?There remains great difference in academic field.Take it into consideration that industrial integration is an important part of regional integration,even countries can promote the optimal allocation of the production factors among the global and realize the aims of promoting industrial rational division and maximized the economic interests of all countries by cultivating the industrial clusters with different characteristics,different regions in a country can also promote the industrial rational division and industrial integration by the developing of industrial cluster.Inspired by the above descriptions,this article is ready to start from the typical characteristic of beijing-tianjin-hebei industry accumulation mode and analyze its role in industry integraion,and it will put forward some suggestions on what can the local government do to promote the development of integration among different regions.Specifically,first of all,the paper summarizes core connotation and key elements of industrial integration based on combing the existing literature.The two important aspects of judging the industrial integration level is clear industrial division and close trade links(high degree of market integration).These two aspects are equally important and not a single one can be omitted.And evaluation index system of industrial integration is established accordingly.Secondly,this article examin the typical characteristic of beijing-tianjin-hebei industry accumulation mode and its changeable trendency.Industry accumulation mode is classified as specialization accumulation and diversification accumulation(which is divided into related diversification and unrelated diversification).Thirdly,by taking advantage of the intricate relationships between the key elements of the industry accumulation mode and the industrial integration,this artical build structural equation model to analyze the influence machine and transmit channel that industry accumulation mode impact on industrial integration.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The level of diversification accumulation is relatively high and that of specialization accumulation is low,and the level of unrelated diversification is higher than that of related diversification.(2)The level of market integration is on the rise,but the level of industrial division is low.(3)Low level of specialization accumulation in some degree has acceleration to industrial integration,which especially realized by promoting industrial division,but specialization accumulation has no remarkable effect on market integration;There is no significant negative effects between related diversification and market integration,and there is no significant negative effects between related diversification and industrial division,and this comprehensively reflected in the non-significant negative effects between related diversification and industrial integration;The fact that unrelated diversification has a non-significant positive impact on industrial division and a non-significant negative impact on market integration makes it that unrelated diversification has a non-significant positive impact on industrial integration;Administrative barries has negative impact on both market integration and industrial division,and then it shows negative impact on industrial integration.After all,it is because of the limited facilitation between low level specialization and industrial integration,as well as non-significant influence of unrelated-related diversification and the negative influence of administrative barries on industrial integration that the progress of region industrial integration is slow.Finally,we bring forward some policy suggestions according to the analysis results.
