Difference And Panel Effect Of Technology-seeking OFDI Affecting Green TFP

Technological progress is a decisive factor for a country to maintain a strong momentum of development and maintain sustainable development.At present,our country is experiencing a shift by attracting foreign investment mainly to both attract foreign investment and foreign investment,FDI has played a huge role in promoting economic growth,with the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises continue to increase,some enterprises to seek for technology investment through strategic motivation,and purchase of technical resource rich countries or,integration,absorption and utilization of international science and technology resources,the realization of their own in order to improve the technology level.Because of China's East and West three regions have significant differences in the factors of regional economic scale,human capital,development capital and opening degree,so the study of technology seeking OFDI impact on technology spillover effect of China's three major regional differences,and measure can cause the reverse technology spillover effect threshold of the eastern and Western regions of our country more effectively for the local OFDI adopt to have important theoretical and practical significance to promote economic development and technological progress of measures.Based on the review of relevant literatures,the dissertation firstly calculate various provinces in China to consider environmental factors TFP and without considering the environmental factors of green TFP,using data envelopment analysis secondly,with above two TFP as the explanatory variable,foreign direct investment in the stock of R & D,capital stock,foreign direct investment stock human capital,technology gap and openness as explanatory variables,the empirical research on the impact of OFDI on China's TFP and green TFP,the area of regression,the empirical research on the impact of OFDI on two TFP of the eastern and Western regions.In the second part,based on the panel threshold model to estimate can cause the reverse technology spillover of OFDI,foreign direct investment and human capital and other elements of the "threshold value",only beyond a certain threshold,OFDI can play the reverse technology spillover effect,promote regional economic development and technological progress.Finally,this dissertation summarizes the main conclusions of the empirical research,and from OFDI,encouraged to strengthen the human capital construction,enhance the ability of independent innovation from the perspective of specific policy recommendations,hope the government can better implement the "going out" strategy at the same time,enterprises should reinforce the self basic technology and talents construction,conduction mechanism from top to bottom clear OFDI reverse technology spillover effect,in order to make the technology-seeking OFDI play a more important role for technological innovation and progress in china.
