Study On The Enterprise Knowledge Network Distribution Conditions Evaluation Based On Concept Lattice

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet technology,and the guidance of the innovative drive strategy,more and more enterprises and organizations understand that the individual power cannot make the enterprise in an impregnable position in the fierce competition,so they start to look for new development.They built a new industrial ecological system with some features,such as coordinative symbiosis,multi-level and long-deep crossover interaction by setting knowledge network of enterprises,the crossover interactive technologic collaboration and knowledge integration.This new industrial ecological system also accelerated the knowledge integrated innovation of cross-border interdisciplinary.It is the basic trend of modern social and economic development from specialization to knowledge fusion and then knowledge integrated innovation.But how to deal with the evaluation of new knowledge network between the enterprises and alliances is the problem to be solved.Based on the network has certain knowledge of enterprise scale is in line with the enterprise knowledge within the network operation and the requirements of the network structure difference whether conform to the requirements of the knowledge innovation network two aspects to the rationality of the evaluation of enterprise knowledge network distribution,so as to reduce enterprise network knowledge loss risk,core knowledge protection and improve the network knowledge innovation ability.Based on the analysis on the predecessors' research,starting on conceptual lattice theory,combining with the related theory of knowledge management and technological innovation,this paper will use the method about formal conceptual analysis to describe enterprises' knowledge network distribution and construct the conceptual lattice and contain the rule extraction,moreover introduce a set of evaluation system of the enterprises' knowledge network distribution,containing the evaluation purpose,each factor weight,the determination of ideal value and the classical field,as well as the evaluation method of a single project and comprehensive projects.To test the applicability and accuracy of evaluation system,this paper do a case study about to estimate and compare the network knowledge distribution of orignal stage in 2003 and mature stage in 2013.Its results is in line with the actual situation of "shan-lian"industrial alliance.This research provides a set of specific,actionable evaluation method to evaluate rationality of the enterprises' knowledge network distribution.At the same time,it has an important significance on knowledge integrative decision-making and evaluation efficiency of enterprises or organization,and also has an important enlightenment on promoting the opening-innovation of organizations,as well as promoting the improvement of the enterprises' network innovative performance,and realizing the sustainable development of enterprises and even the network.
