| In the12th Five-year Plan, the government put forward tachnological andeducational strategy, accelerate an innovative country’s construction; promote regionalbalanced development, improve urbanization actively and steadily; develop modernindustrial system, and improve the core competitiveness. This strategy brings manyopportunities for the construction enterprises, while exerts some pressure to maintainits competitive advantage. Therefore, in this environment, how to raise the corecompetence and promote rapid and sustainable development become urgent problemsto solve for the construction enterprises.The scientific and reasonable evaluation is the key to improve the constructionenterprises’ core competence. Different scholars build the core competitiveness’evaluation model by different methods, and proposed related strategies on corecompetitiveness’ cultivation and enhancement from different angles, which play animportant role in researching the construction enterprises’ core competence. However,with the development of the knowledge economy, the strategic resource of a country ora company will be knowledge, and knowledge management applications will bring thepower of sustainable development. Therefore, this paper studies the conceptual modelof cultivating core competence by knowledge management, aims to provide guidancefor construction enterprises’ building and upgrading from the perspective of knowledgemanagement.Based on the purpose and significance of the paper. Firstly, this paper builds theconceptual model for construction enterprises’ knowledge management to enhance thecore competitiveness based on knowledge management and core competence theory, combining with the status of construction enterprise. Then, on the aspects of buildingevaluation model, the index system is built from the perspective of knowledgemanagement, including market capital, technology capital, human capital, socialcapital and financial capital. By comparing the suitability of different methods, andconsidering the nonlinear relationship between the construction enterprises’ corecompetitiveness and evaluation indexes, BP neural network evaluation model isadopted. Finally, this paper performs example verification by using collected twentyconstruction enterprises’ data in Shaanxi Province, and provides comprehensivestrategies for improving the construction enterprise’s core competence. |
