Project Research On Document Quality And Risk Control Of L Ship Owner S Branch

Shipping documents play an important role in all aspects of maritime trade,transportation,payment and others,and they are very important documents in the circulation of goods.How to select the appropriate documents and control the quality and risk of the project in the practice of international trade and domestic trade is very important to all parties involved in the trade.Due to a variety of reasons and emergencies,shipping order,bills of lading,seaway bill,telex release instruction,delivery order etc shipping documents are not perfect always during operation,and the circulation process of the shipping documents is very complex,and there may be many problems in practical application,which will bring great loss to both sides of trade if the problem cannot be solved timely.But in reality,the ship owners usually have to do special commercial consideration and shipping clerks may take wrong operation,away from shipping rules,and which easily make the ship owners bear huge losses,even interference the order of international and domestic trade and hinder the development of economy and trade because the owners of documents choose and use them in inappropriate way.This paper is based on the project of documents quality and risk control in S branch office of L shipping company out domestic and foreign related research related to owner documents based on the literature analysis,and describes quality problems of each owner in project documents,what's the source of risk and how to carry out quality management and risk avoidance strategies and measures contacting the actual situation based on the on-the-spot investigation method.Finally,analyze the progress of starting,planning,implementing,controlling,evaluating and feedback the quality and risk control of the documents of S branch office of L shipping company based on case analysis.The research is to make shipping company acknowledge well and do better document quality management and document risk control,to ensure the correct and effective use of the shipping documents in the shipping document project,to ensure the interests of all parties,such as both parties to the trade,the carrier and the banks.
