With the explosion of port-neighbored industry,the model "port before factory" has birthed.Its unique operation mode breaks the original transport system of port supply chain.The raw materials needed for production enterprises to reach the port by sea,no need to go through the distribution of other means of transport,direct access to the factory production plants,finished products after processing,and then use the port shipped to all over the factory without another warehouse to store raw materials and finished products.This makes the port enterprises with the production enterprises to achieve a seamless link,not only saves the production enterprises of the land inventory costs,but also give full play to the port's logistics functions.Under the mode of "port before factory",the port enterprises carry out the raw material distribution service for the steel enterprises,and it is difficult to realize the reasonable allocation of resources and optimize the operation of the equipment in the yard.This paper studies the scheduling of container yard operation equipment,to reduce operating costs by scheduling of yard reclaimer,improve production efficiency of port.At home and abroad,most of the researches on the scheduling of port operation equipment are focused on the quay crane and yard crane scheduling.In the former harbor after the factory,this new mode of port raw material yard operation equipment is particularly frequent,with a high production cost,a direct impact on the port production efficiency.Based on this,this paper based on the introduction of "raw material logistics process of iron and steel enterprise before Hong Kong after the factory mode,logistics analysis of the existing problems,according to the port operation equipment scheduling problem which mainly studies the scheduling method of port yard reclaimer in raw materials distribution process,to use the highest rate of stacker well,the balance of the highest rate of reclaimer as the optimization goal,constructs a dual objective optimization mathematical model of stacker scheduling,and the hybrid particle swarm algorithm to solve the optimization model.Finally,feasibility is proved by the example of the model,and in turn to stockpile the proportion of different material for sensitivity analysis using different proportion and different equilibrium rate of reclaimer constrained the rate.Through simulation analysis,verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The results show that the proposed method can make reasonable scheduling of container yard work equipment,to ensure accurate real-time management and optimization of the production process.
