Since 2000,the widespread application of computer and network technology in China has greatly promoted the development of e-commerce.E-commerce has gradually changed people's lifestyles,shopping methods,and spending habits.People's dependence on online shopping has become increasingly high,which has greatly promoted the development of the logistics industry.Accelerating the pace of development of modern logistics companies and gradually satisfying people's increasing demand for online shopping has gradually become a driving force for the continued development of the logistics industry.The vehicle scheduling problem is regarded as a crucial issue in the logistics distribution process and has gradually become a key issue that restricts the efficiency of logistics distribution in China.The development of vehicle scheduling problems has been for several decades.In the context of different eras,the proposed solutions to vehicle scheduling problems are also different.Under the e-commerce environment,people are not only pursuing the quality of products for the purchase of goods.At the same time,it also requires product distribution efficiency.The level of satisfaction of distribution customers can have a direct impact on the competitiveness of logistics companies.Logistics distribution vehicle path optimization is the key link in the entire logistics and distribution chain,and is also considered as an indispensable part of social development and economic activities.Reasonable vehicle scheduling can greatly improve the economic efficiency of logistics distribution,save distribution costs,and can improve the efficiency of product distribution,improve people's satisfaction,and then improve the competitiveness of logistics companies.Based on relevant literature and existing achievements,this article combines the problems faced by home appliance logistics companies in the distribution environment,studies the logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem,and establishes an optimal model for logistics and distribution vehicle scheduling.Examples verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and model.The main work is as follows:(1)Construct a home vehicle logistics distribution vehicle scheduling optimization model.In order to better study the vehicle scheduling problem in the e-commerce environment and improve the distribution efficiency,this paper combines the two aspects of delivery time and cost minimization to build a logistics distribution with time windows with the goal of the shortest delivery time of home appliances and the lowest cost of home appliances distribution.Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Model for Vehicle Scheduling(2)The solution algorithm.The algorithm to solve the vehicle scheduling problem is analyzed and researched.For the defects of the standard particle swarm,the bacterial foraging replication and migration operator is introduced and improved.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.(3)Empirical research.Combining with the problems of H home appliance logistics companies in delivering goods,the effectiveness of the improved particle swarm algorithm model is verified.By comparing the delivery time and distribution cost data of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can be used to optimize the vehicle scheduling than the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm for vehicle scheduling problems.
