At present,China is vigorously carrying out the construction of One Belt And One Road,and the proposal and implementation of relevant strategic ideas is China's proposal to the world.And seafaring officers as the important human resources,construction of a new era in our country,the maritime silk road plays an important role,but the officer's loss is serious and the low comprehensive quality problem has brought the construction of seafaring officers challenge,thus improve seafaring officers professional loyalty and reverse the seafaring officers' career appeal downward trend,is the important measures to meet the shipping industry continues to flourish.As a systematic project,the construction of seafaring officers' team involves many aspects,such as crew,enterprise,university,society,government and so on.Therefore,for research of seafaring officers' team construction,in addition to the officers must be professional in human resources in the study to analyze its universal law,should also consider the particularity of the seafaring officers,career,will the problem in a broader space and time and environment both at home and abroad were studied.This paper intends to collect relevant data through questionnaire survey and interview,using hierarchical linear model to solve the problem of the impact of onboard service drivers on professional loyalty of Chinese seafaring officers.The research results show that the professional loyalty of Chinese seafaring officers is influenced by onboard service drivers including personal subjective cognitive factors and family factors,and the impact strength is not the same,the result more objective under the adjustment of the hierarchical linear model.
