In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet and information technology,the ways and means of selling clothing network are more and more diversified.Pre-sale clothing network is a new model of sales,businesses not only to obtain consumer demand and market information,but also by receiving consumers online book directly to obtain orders.At the same time,garment enterprises also need to make decisions between a variety of pre-sale model and ordering strategy.How to carry out pre-sale and order management according to the actual situation of their own enterprises has become the focus of the apparel industry.This article based on domestic and foreign pre-sale and supply chain ordering strategy literature collation and induction,the establishment of clothing supply chain pre-sale and ordering strategy of the key issues to fashion index as a breakthrough,from the perspective of two-level apparel supply chain,consider the garment production Retailers and customer base of the supply chain system,retailers based on customer pre-sale period issued by the product demand for ordering decisions.This paper focuses on the following two aspects:(1)Exploring the impact of fashion index on the ordering model of apparel supply chain,using the functional relationship between fashion index and market demand,we deduce the profit of presale-style apparel supply chain considering product fashion index Maximize ordering decisions.The results show that the fashion index of the apparel products has an impact on the order quantity;the index of the fashion index also has an impact on the cost of the online advertising of the apparel products.When the apparel product fashion index is low,the optimal advertisement cost is also higher.Clothing fashion index higher,the advertising costs will be reduced,and ultimately do not need advertising investment;producer's production cycle from the cost of production,the residual value of the unit of product and the unit cost of inventory together,and the product itself Fashion index has nothing to do.Therefore,the garment enterprises in the choice of pre-sale,according to the product's fashion attributes to choose the right amount of orders to rush production,to avoid product over-ordering and out of stock loss.(2)In this study,by adding the quantity of elastic contract in the two-phase network sales period and considering the supply uncertainties in the actual operation of the supply chain,the author constructs the profit model of supply chain members in the stage of supply and demand uncertainty and supply and demand uncertainty respectively.Based on the change of consumers' demand,a decentralized decision-making model and a centralized decision-making model about order of clothing supply chain in fashion index were established,and the influence of different fashion index products on order quantity was analyzed.The results show that the optimal order quantity of the overall supply chain has the characteristics of first increase and then decrease,while the profit is gradually decreased.
