Research On The Working Capital Management Of HG Corporation Based On Supply Chain

Working capital management plays a very important role in the modern enterprise financial management,and the survival and development of the enterprise can not be separated from the good operation fund management.In recent years,the research of working capital management in China mostly limited to the analysis of single financial index elements,divorced from the whole business process of enterprises,and did not effectively integrate capital management with the operation model of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to break through the traditional evaluation index theory,actively innovate management ideas,and explore new management models of working capital.This paper applies the supply chain management theory to the operation capital management of enterprises,which provides a new angle of view for the study of the theory of enterprise working capital management,and also has important practical significance for the study of the management of working capital..This paper selects HG company special automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,firstly,literature research theory and practice results of working capital,and then to the classification of working capital from the perspective of supply chain and performance evaluation indexes based on the basis of a case study on working capital management company.In the case analysis part,this paper firstly introduces the general situation of the company,and then introduces the working capital management of HG company from three aspects of working capital management system,source and performance evaluation,then put forward HG company problems in working capital management system is not perfect,financial risk,low efficiency,high turnover the channel occupancy ratio is not reasonable and find out the corresponding reasons.According to the HG company in the existing working capital management problems and puts forward improvement suggestions:strengthen and improve the working capital management system of the company;broaden the financing channels,optimize the debt structure;build a comprehensive management information system of working capital;strengthen the production and marketing for three channel management,good working capital allocation of science.Based on the practical problems in the management of working capital in China,this paper starts from the perspective of supply chain,and makes a theoretical research and practice exploration on strengthening the management of working capital.Hoping to improve the working capital management problem for HG companies and other similar enterprises To provide some reference.
