The Research On The Improvement Of Accounts Receivable Management For A Commercial Concrete Company

Marketing competition is becoming more and more serious.As a result,most of the enterprises have to provide credit to customers to expand sales and reduce the stock.But too much selling on credit will make company own much accounts receivable and its security will affect the available resource of the company.A Commercial Concrete Company is having a huge amount of accounts receivable these years.But the collection efficiency had deteriorated as a result.The current management mode can’t manage accounts receivable effectively.So it has become an important and urgent issue for the company to set up a credit management system to manage accounts receivable scientifically,in order to avoid the credit risk and ensure the receivables retrieving in time.The article is based on the credit theory of accounts receivable management and takes the accounts receiveable management of A Commercial Concrete Company as the research object.In the study,the author elaborates the current situation of the the accounts receivable management in previous supervision,in-process control and post-action control these three dimensions.It is found by analysis that though the company has established some credit control system,there are still many problems.Such as the customer credit investigation is not in place,the settlement of the payment is severely lagged,the collection of accounts receivable is ineffective and the evaluation of accounts receivable lacks effectiveness.It is obvious that the company lacks scientific management of accounts receivable.The paper is guided by the "3+1"scientific credit theory of accounts receivable management.In this paper,the author gives the company some suggestions to the improvement of accounts receivable management in three dimensions,which include establishing credit management department,establishing client credit check mechanism in beforehand stage,establishing credit right guarantee system in interim stage and establishing account receivable daily management system in later period.It is found by the research that enterprises should set up consciousness of credit risk management in the accounts receivable management and provide professional staff.The result of the article have guiding significance for A Commercial Concrete Company in credit system establishment and the accounts receivable management.Meanwhile,the author hopes it is beneficial and referenced to the domestic commercial concrete enterprises.
