Innovation is the soul of national progress,an inexhaustible motive force of the country' prosperity,and the endless source of corporate vitality.Enterprises to be innovative,people are the first.Tracing the origin,we must improve the staffs ability to innovate.How to stimulate employees innovation is an important issue for enterprises.In addition,in the special management environment of Chinese enterprises,whether the impact of the error management atmosphere on the employee's innovation behavior is influenced by the traditional thinking is worth exploring.Some scholars have studied the relationship between the error management atmosphere and the employee's innovation behavior.But the research of the mediator variable mainly focuses on the individual psychology such as psychological authorization,innovation efficiency and so on.And less research studies the relationship based on the theory of social exchange and the perspective of interpersonal relationships.Based on the theory of social exchange,behavior planning theory and ternary exchange theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior,the mediating effect of team member exchange and the mediating effect of the doctrine of zhongyong thinking.By collecting the samples of 242 employees through the questionnaire survey,and using statistical methods such as correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,this research test the relationship of error management atmosphere and innovative behavior,as well as mediating effect of team members exchange and the regulating effect of zhongyong thinking.The research showed that the error management atmosphere and TMX have positive influence on employee innovative behavio;Team members exchange partially mediates the relationship between error management atmosphere and innovation behavior;The zhongyong thinking positively moderates the relationships between error management atmosphere and employee's innovation behavior.That is to say,the lowerzhongyong thinking of employee is,the stronger positive relationship between error management atmosphere and employee's innovative behavior effect more apparent.This paper explores the relationship between the error management atmosphere and the employee 's innovation behavior from a new perspective-individual' s perception of team members' relationship,and extends the theory of organizational behavior,error theory and innovation theory.
