Research On Performance Evaluation Of China's Listed Household Appliance Enterprises

After the reform and opening up,the pace of economic development has been enhanced,some industry rise,home appliance industry is one of them,and soon became the most competitive in our country home appliance industry,one of the most rapidly growing industries,nearly 30 years maintained a rapid development speed,has become the backbone industry of our country.With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,Chinese enterprises have a broader market space,but it also makes them faced with increasingly fierce market competition.Enterprise performance evaluation as the important part of enterprise management,its theoretical research and practical application is becoming a hot spot of concern.For home appliance enterprises to carry out scientific,reasonable and accurate performance evaluation can help enterprises to clear their own value,enhance the core competitiveness,to grasp the good development direction;At the same time,can serve the operators,investors and other stakeholders.The study found that current research for the electrical appliances enterprise performance evaluation is less,after reading the literature can be roughly divided into three categories: one is only limited by enterprises to carry out the performance evaluation indicators for home appliance,general is mainly such return on net assets,return on assets and earnings per share index;Another is based on the principal component analysis(pca)or performance evaluation research based on data envelopment method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),etc.,selected for the financial indicators,in order to evaluate;The third is to choose the financial indicators such as debt paying ability,operation ability,profit ability of transverse longitudinal data do simple contrast,result analysis as to our country home appliance enterprise performance evaluation.Based on the above findings,the current research for the performance evaluation of our home appliances enterprises is one-sided,and lack of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation,this article on the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature,first of all,clear the purpose and significance,then the filter contains profit ability,debt paying ability,operation ability,development ability from four aspects of 12 financial targets,and build a comprehensive performance evaluation model based on TOPSIS method,11 listed in China home appliance enterprise performance evaluation research,the article's main idea is as follows:First is brief introduction of the related theories of enterprise performance evaluation,understand the current research on performance evaluation of enterprise frontier problems and methods,laid a theoretical foundation to the research of the back;Then the screening include profitability,solvency,operating capacity,capacity development four aspects of 12 financial index,construct the enterprise performance evaluation index system,and chooses the entropy weight method to determine the index weight,making it more objective and scientific,and practical more fit;Followed by using the method of TOPSIS ranking or ideal point method(close to ideal solution)enterprise performance evaluation model is set up,first choose degree to measure the comprehensive performance of enterprise ability;Finally,selecting electrical appliances enterprise is closely linked with our life for case study,the quantitative evaluation of gree electric appliances,TCL group,midea and other 11 listed home appliance company in 2010,corporate performance,and the model is applied to the empirical analysis,confirmed the method of reasonable and scientific,but also gives the corresponding conclusion and suggestion,suggest that enterprise should strengthen its production capacity,and other capabilities to the balanced development;Enterprises need to understand knowledge sharing and common development;The government should provide support policies with appropriate support policies.
