Research On Performance Evaluation Of Chinese Household Electrical Appliance Listed Companies

For more than 3 decades development, home appliance industry has become a mainstream industry in our country. But in recent years, due to the influence of the financial crisis, the rise of the online model and the rising of the material price, home appliance industry has been slowing down its speed of development, but it still didn't reduce people's attention to the home appliance industry. So based on this background,this paper selected the evaluation index scientifically and rationally and analyzed the recent situation of China's home appliance industry to evaluate the performance of the listing corporation in home appliance industry from the perspective of empirical analysis.Therefore, the paper chose the listing corporation of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market home appliance plate as an objection to get the research data from its company's annual reports. For the reference of previous research literature report, I chose 14 evaluation index from the profit ability, operation ability, development ability, debt paying ability aspects and used factor analysis method for the empirical research on the finance data in 2013 to 2014 of 35 listing companies of home appliance industry and finally got each enterprise's score in one factor and integrated score., then they are ranked in order to study the recent development of enterprises. Due to the emphasis of the enterprise is not the same from the aspect of a single ability, so the factor's ranking on each factor is not the same. For example, for the det paying ability in recent two years, Holy lida and Zhejiang a.u ranked the top two, but the other abilities is ordinary.For the operation ability, Hisense kelon and Vantage co are very good. For the growth ability, whirlpool and the boss appliances are great. For the profitability, Gree,Midea and Sunrise east ranked the top three in recent two years. In terms of comprehensive performance evaluation, Zhejiang a.u is the first, Elec-Tech is the last according to the data. In the aspect of the overall ranking, we found that home appliance enterprise which focused on kitchen electrical appliances was obviously superior to the enterprise which focused on the other aspects.
