Research On The Operation And Sustainable Development Of Small Loan Company

Small and medium-sized enterprises(emes)are an important part of China's market players,and play an important role in promoting national economic growth,solving labor employment and promoting social harmony and stability.But with the outbreak of the financial crisis,the development of emes expose several problems,including small-scale,high operating risks,uncertain market demand and other issues.The shortage of funds is the biggest problem among them.Banks and other formal financial institutions can not provide financial support to a wide range of emes,which makes emes can not lead to the achievement of sustainable development because of poor liquidity.In this context,microfinance company begins to make experiment in China since 2005.With the strong support and active participation of all sectors of society,the experimental work is progressing smoothly,and promotes the development of emes.But microfinance company as a new thing,still remains numbers of defects and problems.Therefore,the research on the sustainable development of microfinance companies in small and medium cities is significant.This paper summarizes the relevant literatures and theories about the sustainable development of microfinance companies,firstly,the economic development status and financial environment of City Dalian microloan company are analyzed from a macro perspective.Secondly,this paper makes Dalian city A microfinance companies as the research object and does a microscopic study,hen introduces the basic situation of the company from multi-dimensional,including the company's basic status,the management situation,operation mode,current situation of the development,restricting the sustainable development of the company were summarized several big problems,analysis the influence factors of these problems.Finally,this paper makes SWOT analysis on the company's internal and external environment and the specific circumstances,on the basis of learning from the successful experience of microfinance institutions in foreign countries,combined with the actual situation of small and medium cities,this paper puts forward measures and suggestions from both internal and external aspects to promote the sustainable development of microfinance companies in medium and small cities.
