Research On Application Of A Company Project Management Of Lean Production

With the increase of consumption demand of poultry meat in China,the rapid development of slaughtering and processing industry,and the capture of foreign enterprises,the competition for poultry meat slaughtering and processing industry is becoming more and more intense.At the same time,the rising cost of raw materials,the rising cost of labor and the personalized demand of the new generation of employees are increasingly restricting the survival and development of enterprises.So more poultry slaughtering and processing enterprises began to introduce lean production philosophy.However,the management of lean production of private enterprises in China is chaotic and inefficient,resulting in a few cases of miscarriage.As a result,how to effectively implement lean improvement project management becomes a realistic and important topic.Company A is a large domestic poultry slaughtering and processing enterprise,and it is also facing fierce competition.It is the key to improve the efficiency of enterprises and form a competitive advantage in strengthening the lean management in the process of slaughtering and processing.It is the starting point of this paper to analyzes the problems existing in lean improvement projects of company A by means of induction,questionnaire and case study.From the production process of company A and the layout of the workshop,its production links are more and more influential.And further from the poultry slaughtering processing industry situation of lean production management,mostly in the form of the traditional mode of production,lean production to carry out less,almost no experience to draw upon.This undoubtedly increases the risk of lean production management by company A.Further integrated the current human resource situation,Company A project management comprehensive abilities and resources,and it is not feasible to carry out the lean production management in the whole production line for the object,also it is unfavorable to the company’s risk control,is not successful and could lead to larger negative impact in the workforce,more conducive to subsequent lean management of the project.Study found that A company production technology and process characteristics,the comprehensive quality and ability to project manager,lean participation and environment improvement projects,limited resources for lean improvement projects A company,A company can draw lessons from the lean improvement of successful cases,to improve the ability to project team members are the key factors influencing the lean production project in A company.Comprehensive evaluation of these factors,company A is unfavorable and overall promote lean production management,the idea and management model of project set should be introduced,that is,will the whole process of slaughtering processing production according to production node,independent accounting principles of efficiency,set up A number of lean production projects,and accordingly some management.The project set management mode of lean production project of company A requires that it be changed in organizational structure.Combined with strategy development,organizational change,and the reality,A company set up the project management body of knowledge management and sharing center(human resources management platform),lean production operations and implement center(production operation platform).In sort of lean production project,according to the actual situation of A company from project success probability and risk size,and the size of the benefits,such as the demonstration project to build the company A sequencing model of lean improvement projects,selection and implementation of the lean production project for A company to provide the reference.In specific promote aspects of lean production project,A company shall establish a standardized project management model of lean production,by identifying stakeholders prior to project communication,through training and promote lean improvement program participation of cultural atmosphere,and completes the high quality project manager reserves,successful project summary,refining and promotion in order to ensure successful implementation of lean production project.At the same time,the author of this dissertation has carried on the experience summary,think of the problems,and hoped to give relevant industry lean improvement projects to provide evidence and reference in application of project management method.
