Research On The Development Of Poultry Processing Industry In Shandong

As a traditional agricultural province,Shandong Province had been the first province of poultry production in China.The poultry processing industry was the development and extension of traditional agriculture,which can create enormous economic and social values.Since the reform and opening up,the poultry processing industry in Shandong Province had been developing rapidly,and gradually became an indispensable part of the modern agriculture and industrial structure of Shandong Province.Based on the data analysis and research,this paper analyzed conditions for development of poultry meat processing industry in Shandong Province.The opportunity and challenge of poultry processing industry in Shandong Province were analyzed.Strengthen policy support,rich feed resources became Shandong Province poultry processing industry development good opportunity.At the same time,it also faces challenges.People put forward higher requirements for food safety,lack of awareness of innovation,product market competition was increasingly fierce.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of poultry meat processing industry in Shandong Province,I have mastered the main problems existing.The results showed that the development of poultry processing industry in Shandong Province needs capital investment and leading enterprise,the utilization rate of equipment in some small and medium-sized enterprises was relatively backward.Deep processing degree of meat products was low.The comprehensive competitiveness was not strong,and the special varieties were few.The poultry industry lacks top-notch talents and experienced management team,and lacks innovative consciousness.The product structure needs to be adjusted,and large-scale agricultural system construction lags behind.Therefore,based on the development status of Shandong Province,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of poultry meat processing industry,including strengthened policy support,strengthened technological innovation and cultivated leading enterprises,implement brand strategy,strengthen market positioning,strengthen information network system construction,implement differentiation strategy,to support and develop poultry meat processing industry.
