Village bank is playing a more and more important role in China's primary financial market since it has been approved from the end of 2006.By the end of 2016,there is a total number of more than 1,400 village banks in our country,covering the 31 provinces of about 70%of our country.They formed a comparative corporate governance structure,but there are plenty of problems in the actual works.The corporate governance of the village bank affects the realization of its operating effects,it is great practical significant to study the relationship between corporate governance problems and operating results.The village bank is the heterogeneous in the financial institutions,responsible for solving the "three rural issues" historical mission.Besides traditional commercial banks to follow the three operating guidelines of "safety,liquidity,profitability",but also work hard to optimize corporate governance,based on their own superiorities,innovation and change to adapt to the local economic needs,efforts to become bigger and stronger at the same time bear more social responsibility,to make due contributions to bridge the gap between urban and rural districts.Therefore,this paper will take WQ village bank as a research goal,through theoretical research,to explore the obstacles in the operation of the bank,and reach at a feasible scheme.First of all,access the relevant literature of domestic and foreign research on rural financial management,and then selected some apposite analysis methods that can be used in the evaluation of village bank management research,and present themselves.Secondly,introduce the background of the establishment of WQ village bank,the current operating conditions and the operation of the main business,starting from the development process and operation mode of WQ village bank,and making realistic basis for the next theoretical research.Thirdly,focus on the operating efficiency of WQ village bank.According to the current situation of banking,this paper uses the comparative analysis method,to compare management and supervise data of WQ village bank with the same scale of other rural financial institutions to explain the operating status and the obstacles in the growth,and put forward some suggestions.Finally,through the analysis of the previous part of the evaluation results,proposed the relevant recommendations that village bank should take the advantages of micro-financial institutions,based on the market positioning of service of Farmer-Agriculture-Rural Issue,comprehensive consideration of the physical truth of local economic development,adapts to local enterprises and residents of financial demands flexibly and actively,to change the original situation of single business model,less of agricultural business and less of the application of Internet technology.Meanwhile,it needs to expand the business of small micro-enterprises,deep plowing three agricultural markets,cultivate marketing genes,improve service levels,and ultimately realize social and economic benefits of a win-win result.
