Accompanied by intensified market competition and changes in information technology,enterprise value creation does not follow the traditional "converts inputs,products,product proceeds" rule,but by the pure individual models into network organiza-tions work together to form a networked mode.Face of the background of network growth,more and more businesses recognize the value should be based on the competing thinking bu-ilding network,through other elements of value networks and other companies to seek comp-ensation,exploring new sources of profit growth,improve performance,gain a competitive advantage.Among them,how to deal with the relationship between the network relationship between organizations performance become an important link in the net-work grew.Prior research found business network grew,long-term cooperation relations among me-mbers of the organization is not obvious,low efficiency of cooperation among the memb ers.The reason,network members often pay attention to the official bound by contract and other contracts,instead of ignoring non-contractual mechanisms of the effect.Therefore,by explor-ing the informal relationships between members of the standard role mechanism of network organization,rich non-contractual control mechanisms of network organization research,the oretical study of inter-organizational relationships improve network performance.On the performance study of inter-organizational relationships,some scholars believe that the governance mechanism of relational norms as an informal play an important impact,but did not agree on the extent of the effect.For defects of this theory,this paper will be an impor-tant element of Chinese culture-"orientation" included in the framework regulation.Chinese-style"pattern of difference sequence" theory suggests that the relationship between orietation dominates the behavior of individuals or organizations,to relational norms make different jud-gments,but the lack of empirical evidence.Based on this,through empirical effect of orienta-tion on the relationship between norms regulating role,provide empirical basis for inter-orga-nizational relationship management.In addition,this study will explore the role of relation-ship norms informal mechanisms of perspective from the "bilateral" extends to "network",based on network embeddedness theory,study of relational norms in the network structure will play a role.Therefore,this study will help expand the framework in the context of Chinese culture,in-depth understanding of network environment on norms impact mechanism of governance in the organization.
