| With the intensifying of market competition,innovation has become the first driving force for the development of enterprise.The change of the times and the iterative updating of the technology have also had a great influence on the management of enterprise.The management innovation has played an increasingly important role in the development of the enterprise and the progress of the society.And the employee,as a main stakeholder of enterprise management innovation,has a very important impact on management innovation performance.In management practice,the attitude and behavior of employees to enterprise management innovation often play a decisive role in the innovation performance of enterprise management.However,at the theoretical research level,the research on management innovation performance at home and abroad mainly focuses on entrepreneurial spirit and management innovation process.The research on employees only puts forward the important role of employees in management innovation,employees on the management of innovative performance of the specific mechanism of action is lack.This paper first reviews the relevant variables involved in the mechanism of management innovation performance,and introduces the connotation of management innovation,the promotion of employee’s performance to management innovation,the connotation of identity and Theory of Reasoned Action.Second,for the formation of the concept and model Foundation,this paper collect a large number of related information to Haier,FS and XRS by the Grounded Theory research,through the relevant news reports,online video interviews,employees interviews,books,field research and other channels.The study found that employees’ identity to"changemakers" would increase employee recognition of business management innovation and stimulate employees’ confidence in management innovation,that is,identity will affect employees’ acceptance of management innovation.The study also found that the positive effect of employee acceptance on management innovation performance was also constrained by employee awareness and behavior consistency.Because of the existence of rational idle,the management consciousness of employees is not necessarily extended to the level of behavior,which may lead to the behavior of employees and employees contrary to the psychological,is not conducive to improving business management innovation performance.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the practice of enterprise management innovation,including the theory of corporate culture,innovation and labeling,the innovation incentive measures,sums up the limitations of the thesis,and points out the next research direction. |
