As the RFID technology becomes hot focus of the whole society, how to promote the enterprise to adopt RFID attract wide attention now. Although RFID technology has an obvious advantage than other former technology, and has huge potential to promote company achievement, whether this technology can come to true depends upon enterprises'initial acceptance of the technology and how to use it. At present, research of IS/IT adoption based on technology acceptance theory is a hot topic in academic field, but the research related to RFID is still on the initial stage.Firstly, based on the technology acceptance model, rational action theory, and planning action theory, the model of RFID adoption in the enterprise is presented in the paper. This model includes six configuration variables: FRID technology, enterprises, environment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and the attitude of use. Secondly, the survey is conducted and the data is analyzed with SEM using AMOS to verify the proposed model. Finally, it is found that environmental variable including"government support"and"pressure from outside competition"which has the most obvious influence on the using attitude of RFID. The second is"top leaders recognition". FRID technology itself has the smallest influence for the enterprise to accept RFID.
