Research On The Sinopec's Natural Gas Customers Credit Rating System

Credit rating plays an important role in modern economic activities.It has an important reference value for all the parties involved in economic activities and the financial supervision department of the government.Sinopec's natural gas market covers a wide area,and it has various customers,so setting customer credit rating system of Sinopec natural gas could help manage customers and reduce business risk.The credit rating of the natural gas industry is in the initial stage of development.This current study conducted research on the customer credit rating system of the Sinopec natural gas through investigation,counting,comparative analysis and other methods.Results found out its;characteristics used in the natural gas industry and also pointed out the problems existing in customers credit rating system of Sinopec's natural gas.Following the principle of credit rating index system,analytic hierarchy process and statistical analysis method were used in current research,which had been improving the customer credit rating system of Sinopec' natural gas,and also making the result truly and accurately reflect the actual performance of the customer.By comparing and analyzing the results and the application of the original credit rating system and the current credit rating system,it confirmed the improvement is effective.Sinopec gas company can carry out risk early warning based on rating results and stablish a basis for resource allocation mechanism,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,thus maximize the benefits.
