At present,structural contradictions become the main contradiction of grain supply,which is manifested by a series of problems,such as high inventory and poor sales.In order to speed up the current agricultural supply side reform,the office of the State Council issued a suggestion that we should exert the important role of the transformation of grain processing and develop the grain industry economy.At the same time,in reality,with the increase of stock pressure and market competition,in order to compete for the market,most grain enterprises choose to sell credit to customers.The grain enterprises can increase sales by selling on credit,reduce the pressure of inventory,but also increase the risk of receivables at the same time.Big.Once the accounts receivable cannot be recovered in time,some grain enterprises will face the difficulties of capital turnover,and many grain enterprises are in the double predicament of "difficult selling and more difficult to collect money".In this context,as an important part of the management of grain enterprises,how to manage and control the risk of accounts receivable has become more and more concerned by the business operators.Customer credit rating and credit as an important part of accounts receivable management is particularly important.Based on the customer category and business characteristics of the grain processing enterprises,this paper improves the customer rating credit model of A enterprises by combining the existing customer rating credit model.Under the principle of risk management,it is based on the theory of credit management,combined with the 5 C evaluation criteria,and the analysis model of the operation of the assets of the A enterprise.Customer rating credit management system is analyzed,and improvement plan is put forward.The customer rating management system is optimized by adding new customer rating model and trading process compliance index.On the basis of customer rating classification,the credit model is optimized according to the operating assets model and profit contribution rate,so as to provide reference for the grain processing enterprises to carry out specific rating credit for different business and different customers.It has important practical significance to help enterprises to strengthen credit management and prevent accounts receivable risk.
