Family business is an important part of private economy in China.How to improve the performance of enterprises and promote the prosperity and development of enterprises by the characteristics of the family business itself has always been the focus of family enterprises.At present,although many family enterprises have been listed,but the enterprises which have real development and growth are very few,the family with familial rivalry is not uncommon.Therefore,this paper based on the family listed enterprises in Zhejiang Province,to explore the role of family members with different management control and different relationship in the process of enterprise sustainable development.Based on the theory of principal-agent,the theory of altruism and the theory of difference sequence,this paper determines the dimensions of soft control,management control and corporate performance.From 2014 to 2016,182 FamilyListed enterprises in Zhejiang Province were selected as the research objects,a total of 465 samples,the use of empirical research methods,analysis of the proportion of different members of the family management control,and the dimension of soft control-the relationship between the impact of corporate performance.First of all,this paper analyzes the research background and research significance,carding literature influence on the performance of enterprises internal control reviews,including family enterprise has its unique corporate culture in its internal control:family members rely on blood relationship of soft control and family members through the enterprise authority to hold positions to manage the enterprise management,which will affect the business performance to varying degrees.Secondly,on the basis of collecting and arranging the data,the paper makes an empirical analysis and draws the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between the soft control power of family members and enterprises performance.(2)Family members in the enterprise board of directors,board of supervisors and senior management team positions on the performance of enterprises has inverted U type relationship.(3)Compared with the fact that the ownership of the actual controller is not concentrated,the high concentration of ownership can increase the influence of the soft control and the management control on the enterprise performance.Finally,combining with the particularity of family enterprises,the empirical results are related to interpretation,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions,provide a reference value and significance for Chinese listed family enterprises in the family business succession period authority members appointed.
