The necessities of grain and oil products belong to the urban and rural residents in Chinese daily live,moreover,the total production of grain in China is increasing by years.However,in the bright background of grain production,the problem of food waste has aroused wide concern.With the rapid development of the economy and level of people's life,there become an increasing number of requirements about oil products,which contributes to a condition that,a large number of people who prefer to put much more attention on the appearance,taste of the products which results to a misunderstanding of consumption.These consumers misunderstanding also affected the grain processing enterprises.In order to meet the needs of the market,some of the enterprises make the processing of food more complicated,excessive refined food,have not only bring about a massive food waste in the process of working,but also causes the nutrient loss.Under the above study on grain and oil products consume behavior,which helps us to get a understanding of the factors that consumers emphasis on when they make purchase,it can play the guiding role of consumption which adjust and upgrade the product of food,and let the consumer reaction to the production,through which to provide a correct guidance for grain consumption market,promote the transformation and upgraded of food processing enterprises,and reduce the waste of food in the process of working.Based on the two structures in urban and rural areas of our country which has been exists for a long time,this paper divided the consumers into large and medium-size city consumers,township and rural consumers.Based on the questionnaires,and the use of Excel and SPSS software.We make a discussion on the consumption based on these three groups,and concluded about the differences of their behavior characteristics.It turns out to be the case that,the main channel for consumers who lives in big city are willing to buy grain and oil products in supermarket,moreover,they will not be accused by the price of product;For citizens,the main reason that influences them during their buying is the brand of product;While to the residents who lived in township,they will primary choose to shopping in big market,what's more,they will be affected by the sensory factors while they are in purchase process,and they have a little attention to food nutrition.For rural consumers,food market will be the first place when they make purchase,they will be attracted by lower price of food and a great number of people of them do not concerned about nutrition and health awareness.With the integration of urban and rural areas,with the gradual balance of income.In order to guide the healthy and reasonable food consumption,targeting to the differences on consumer behavior between urban and rural structure,this paper puts forward some suggestions and policies.
