Material warehousing management plays an important role in the whole life cycle of offshore engineering projects,and supports the efficient management and implementation of projects.It is a distributed and parallel management process of multi-department coordination and multi-unit collaboration centered on the warehouse department.The success of material warehousing management has direct influence on the material purchase plan,the construction cycle,the cost and quality control of offshore engineering projects.At present,there are few researches on material warehousing management of offshore engineering projects,the traditional warehousing management technology has difficulties to meet the enterprise's needs of upgrading the management level.The multi-agent system theory has advantages in solving distributed cooperative problems,which makes it suitable for solving complex and distributive multi-agent decision problems of coordinative control of material warehousing tasks in offshore engineering projects.Therefore,this paper studied the key technologies of multi-agent system based material warehousing management in offshore engineering projects.Firstly,this paper summarized and analyzed the multi-agent system based coordinate control technology,data acquisition technology,warehousing technology and its application in offshore engineering projects at home and abroad.Secondly,the automatic recognition technology which is one of information acquisition technologies was studied.Then,the information collection system based on RFID was proposed,and the construction of the information collection system framework was completed.And on this basis,the material warehousing management framework of the offshore engineering project based on multi agent technology was put forward,meanwhile,the warehouse location distributing mechanism based on MAS was studied.Secondly,this paper studied the task factor decomposition structure of material warehousing in offshore engineering projects,established the learning and training model of materials warehousing MAS,and based on this,RBF neural network training algorithm of bidding negotiation evaluation was designed to solve the material warehousing task allocation.Finally,the prototype system was designed and developed based on B/S architecture and Java Spring developing framework combined with Oracle database,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the material warehousing management technology in offshore engineering project based on MAS.
