The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The "inner Yellow Model" Of China Resources Henan Pharmaceutical

Aim In 2013,Huarun Henan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd and Anyang City,Henan province applied "Neihuang Mode" in Neihuang County,Henan Province.After 4 years,according to the mode's introduction and the analysis of the project's implementation,it is necessary to provide some suggestions about the medicine sales for Neihuang county.Also,the experience to implement this mode can be given to other districts.Huarun Henan Pharmaceutical CO.,Ltd can benefit from these methods.Methodology This paper quantificationally and qualitatively analyses the results and defects of "Neihuang Mode" by using the following method: study of the related professional knowledge and literature review;understanding the state of operation of the medical institutions in Neihuang County by using the Health information network of Henan Province;investigation of the ministry of health,staff in local medical institutions and local patients.Furthermore,due to the consulting from the leading group of Huarun Henan Pharmaceutical CO.,Ltd,the solution to these problems was summarised.Result This paper consists five chapters.In the first chapter,the "Neihuang Mode" is briefly introduced,including the concept,background,function of the operational platform,and the significance for implementation.The second chapter indicates the methods to achieve this Mode,such as the set-up of platform and database.The result of "Neihuang Mode" is shown in chapter three.Through the collating of data from the questionnaire and internet,there are three main benefits: more efficient and effective medical supervision,higher efficiency and service level during the medical treatments,and higher satisfaction from patients for purchasing medicine.The forth chapter presents six problems related to this Mode.For instance,a few kinds of urgent drugs cannot be supplied in time;the technology of drug traceability is not perfect;the incomplete information reported from medical institutions;the omission of the medical service from Huarun Henan CO;a few medical service staff have unenergetic attitude toward the "Neihuang Mode";patient's dissatisfaction of the service from some pharmacists.In the final chapter,the suggestion and solutions are presented as to the problems above.They are as follows: the development of the government client and the arranges for duty are the main solution to the undersupply of some medicine;introducing RFID to achieve drug traceability;perfecting the client and making policy to ensure the complete reported information;keeping the corporation with the third-party and increasing the professional capability of the company's technician to improve company's service.Inspiring local medical institutions to implement "Neihuang Mode".Conclusion From the perspective of Huarun Henan Pharmaceutical CO.,Ltd,this paper presents the solutions to the problems raised from the "Neihuang Mode" in last four years.In addition,the strong evidence is given to assist the implementation of this Mode in other area.
