Research On Optimization Of Green Medicine Supply Chain Of YT Pharmaceutical Industry Based On Asset Integration Perspective

The world today is generally facing the problem of energy shortage and deterioration of the ecological environment.Protecting the environment,conserving resources,and implementing sustainable development strategies have become one of the most important missions of the 21 st century.Practice has proved that developing green supply chain management can reduce environmental risks,save resources,reduce costs,and improve economic and environmental performance.In the traditional mode of operation,pharmaceutical companies not only consume a lot of resources and energy,but also cause serious pollution to the environment.They conduct green supply chain management research to improve the international competitiveness of China's pharmaceutical industry,protect the environment and implement sustainable development strategies.It is very important.In the new historical mission and the new social environment,pharmaceutical companies should change the production and operation mode characterized by “high investment,high consumption,high pollution” and use advanced green supply chain management technology to integrate the concept of sustainable development.In the business philosophy of the company,we strive to save energy and reduce consumption,and produce environmentally friendly pharmaceutical products,so that the economic and social benefits of pharmaceutical companies can be balanced.At present,in the existing research,there are many researches on supply chain management,but the research on the green function supply chain of pharmaceutical companies and based on asset integration has not been found.Therefore,research in this field is still immature.In this study,the integration of assets into the pharmaceutical industry is a horizontally integrated management model that links core enterprises in the supply chain as strategic alliances,emphasizing the coordination of interests.Specifically,based on the relevant theoretical research of green supply chain management,this paper combines green supply chain management with the reality of YT pharmaceutical industry,and analyzes the current status and existing existence of YT pharmaceutical green supply chain management.problem.On this basis,from the perspective of asset integration,YT Pharmaceutical Green Supply Chain Management was optimized,specific methods and implementation steps were formulated,and corresponding supporting measures were proposed.
