With the basic completion of interest rate marketization,commercial banks rely on deposit and loan spread to the advantage of no longer obvious,China's opening up the banking industry makes foreign banks to enter the commercial banks to bring new competitive pressures.In recent years,the rapid development of Internet finance,the balance of wealth as the representative of the Internet financial products to commercial banks to bring new business challenges,the financial industry continues to progress.making the trend of financial disintermediation continues to increase,securities,trust,insurance Financial institutions continue to introduce new financial products and tools to provide direct financing services,such as CITIC Securities to provide equity mortgage financing business directly,to reduce the commercial banks of the loan market and profit margins.Commercial banks in order to cope with a variety of pressure and competition is bound to need to seek new growth momentum,to carry out non-interest income business.With the non-interest income business carried out,the non-interest income scale of the rapid growth of its impact on the commercial bank business risk gradually attention.Non-interest income business components due to different business nature,the level of risk is different,while the level of risk management of commercial banks are also different non-interest income on the impact of commercial banks operating risk has not yet clear conclusions.In this paper,the regression model of the non-interest income component of the sample bank is used to study its impact on the operational risk of commercial banks,hoping to provide useful suggestions for commercial banks to carry out non-interest income business.This paper first defines the concept of non-interest income,analyzes the relationship between non-interest income business and business risk,provides theoretical preparation,analyzes its risk transmission mechanism,and then develops the status of non-interest income business The sample banks are divided into three categories,the regression model is constructed,and the influence of the non ?interest income components on the operational risks of commercial banks is analyzed empirically.The empirical results show that:(1)the development of non-interest income business is the inevitable trend of commercial banks to seek new growth momentum.(2)non-interest income business fees and commission business is the main driving force for non-interest income growth.(3)The impact of non-interest income components on the operational risks of different commercial banks is different.The transaction fee and commission income are negatively correlated with the operational risk of commercial banks.The investment income is positively related to the business risk of the commercial banks.The profit and loss of the fair value changes only through the significant test of the joint-stock banks,which is positively related to the business risk.The exchange gains and losses are related to the state-The operating risk of the banking group is positively correlated with the risk of business operation.Finally,this paper according to the corresponding conclusions for all types of commercial banks to carry out non-interest income business policy recommendations.
