Research On The Influence Factors Of The Public Risk Perception Under Conflict Avoidance

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of adjacent conflict event,which not only brings fear to the public,brought back to the local government management problems,and make the social and economic losses.The correct guidance of public risk perception has gradually become the key means to solve or reduce adjacent conflict events,it also requires further analysis of factors affecting the public's perception of risk.This paper empirically analyzes the factors which affect the public's perception of risk avoiding conflict in neighboring inquiry events,and reasonable suggestions to guide the public risk perception.First of all,this paper in recent years the domestic and foreign literatures,on the basis of adjacent conflict event with the public perception of risk analysis,including the analysis of the status of collision avoidance conflict and the public perception of risk,risk analysis of causes of cognitive bias public formation,adjacent conflict event analysis overall risk factors under the public cognition and,from the individual characteristics,social characteristics,influence of information characteristics of the three aspects of risk cognition.Secondly,based on the risk amplification theory,affect heuristic risk perception theory,cultural theory and individual and society,put forward six key factors of information three aspects,respectively is the mental structure of sentence Breaking strategy,information channels,risk communication,risk type,culture,construct the conceptual model of influencing factors of risk perception of the public collision avoidance conflicts,and put forward relevant assumptions for the six factors.Then,the data were collected by questionnaire analysis,verify the correctness of the model,modify the model,draw the adjacent conflict events under the conceptual model of the factors that influence the public's perception of risk,and hypothesis verification.The results show that the risk factors of cognitive psychological structure,judgment strategy,information channels,risk communication,cultural view.Finally,according to the results of the study,the perspective of the government,the relevant suggestions are given That is to strengthen individual psychological intervention,to enhance the individual's ability to judge risks,to improve the information channels,to strengthen risk communication,and to strengthen the care and care of different groups.To deepen the research on the influence factors of risk perception of the public events under the adjacent conflict events in a certain extent.At the same time,for the government to avoid conflict in neighboring events how to correctly guide the public perception of risk and gives some suggestions.This study not only enriches the theory of public risk perception,but also for scientific guidance to the public the risk perception provides some suggestions,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
