In recent years,due to the rapid development of Internet technology,agricultural products began to be sold by e-commerce platforms.This is a major transformation and upgrading of agricultural products.China has achieved remarkable results in using rural e-commerce to expand the market for agricultural products and rationally arrange surplus rural labor.This paper analyzed the feasibility of developing rural e-commerce in Yunnan Province and the influencing factors of Yunnan Province's plateau agricultural products under the e-commerce platform theoretically and empirically.According to the research results,suggestions on improving the Value-added of Rural E-commerce Industry in Yunnan Province are supplied in the paper.According to the long tail theory,it is pointed out that "the Yunnan plateau featured agricultural products + e-commerce" is an effective way to achieve agricultural value-added in Yunnan Province.From the perspective of empirical analysis,this paper takes Panax notoginseng in Yunnan as an example,and an evaluation index system based onstores was constructed.Ten indicators including service attitude,logistics speed,store evaluation,packages,classification,commodity gross weight,and characteristics were selected to evaluate e-commerce companies.An artificial neural network model was established to classify the stores on the Jingdong Mall and this paper establisheda random forest model to analyze the degree of importance of various factors that influence the sales of the store.The research results of this article indicate that the Panax notoginsengis targeting the middle-aged and the elderly people.According to the classification of stores,it is found that 54.3% of e-commerce companies have achieved good grades,that is,more than half of the companies on Jingdong Mall have good ranking.Among the many factors,it was found that the store's score,gross weight,logistics speed,service attitude,and product evaluation were the top five factors that affected the sales volume of Panax notoginseng.This article is to promote that the featured agricultural products combined with e-commerce can achieve agricultural value-added.Improving the quality standards of agricultural products,improving the level of deep processing of agricultural products,and increasing the value-added process of agricultural products can promote value-added of rural e-commerce industry in Yunnan Province.The research results can provide some reference value for the development of rural e-commerce in Yunnan Province.
