The serious soil erosion on the Loess Plateau has exacerbated the poverty and backwardness of the area and restricted the local socio-economic development.Since the large-scale conversion of farmland to forests was implemented in 1999,the ecological environment of the area has been improved, affecting the agriculture of the area.development of.Therefore, under the background of large-scale ecological construction such as soil erosion control, the characteristics of agricultural output value, key influencing factors and spatial differentiation of the Loess Plateau have not been fully understood. In this paper, the global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation models are used to analyze the spatial agglomeration characteristics of agriculture(ie planting, forestry, animal husbandry)in this area, and combined with the factors affecting agriculture,a geographic weighted regression model is constructed to analyze the factors affecting agriculture The spatio-temporal characteristics and its impact on agriculture are analyzed by taking six types of zones as examples. The results are as follows:(1)In 1995,2000,2008,2013,and 2017,the output value of agriculture continued to increase, and the agricultural structure did not change significantly. It was mainly planted, followed by animal husbandry, and the forestry ratio was small. From the perspective of spatial distribution, the output value of planting industry is low in the middle and four weeks high, and decreases from east to west;the output value of forestry increases from northwest to southeast;the output value of animal husbandry decreases from northwest to southeast. The three industries have obvious spatial agglomeration.(2)In 1995,2000,2008,2013,and 2017,the input factors of machinery and labor are the biggest factors promoting the development of planting and animal husbandry. Therefore, under the existing resources and environmental conditions,The input of large machinery and labor can promote the development of agriculture. With the advancement of returning farmland to forest, the original steep slope farmland was converted into forest land,so the terrain factor objectively promoted the development of forestry.(3)The main promotion factors of the three industries in six types of areas are different. For the planting industry,Ansai District is the rural population,Anding District and Ji County are the total power of agricultural machinery, and Changwu County is the population density. The prefecture is the proportion of forest and grassland, and the annual average precipitation in Junggar Banner;for forestry, the average annual temperature in Ansai District, the population density in Anding District,Changwu County, and Ji County, and the total agricultural machinery in Yuanzhou District Momentum,Junggar Banner is the proportion of forest and grassland;for animal husbandry,Ansai District is the scale of animal husbandry,Anding District and Ji County are the proportion of forest and grassland,Yuanzhou District is the annual average temperature,Changwu County and Zhun Geerqi is the population density. Therefore, according to the main promotion factors of different types of areas, increase the input of this element, and develop local agriculture according to local conditions.
