Research On Requirements Control Ofbi Project

With the gradual internationalization of China market,China's enterprises have the direction to move closer to the international.If the enterprise wants to have a better development opportunities in the world,must introduce the operation and management mode of international advanced thoughts,in order to be able to guarantee in the international invincible.Therefore,a large number of enterprises begin to implement ERP system.With more and more ERP business systems implementation,massdata is generated.How to deal with the huge amount of business data,these data can be used by the user into the effective and wise decision basis for better services for enterprises,promote the enterprise to a more favorable and healthy development has become a major problem of the enterprise.Based on this situation,most enterprises have adopted the implementation of business intelligence project.In the large number of BI products,the implementation of SAP business intelligence products can be said to be an integral part.SAP business intelligence projects same as the general software projects,both of them have complicated,changeable and variable characteristics.These three problems are the most difficult things to deal with.Through a large number of project examples have proved that project scope definition is not clear,the user needs is not clear,the user needs to frequently change is one of the major causes of failure of project implementation.Therefore,the importance of software requirementcontrol in the first stage of the software project has been more and more obvious,it is the beginning of the project,but also through the whole project,it is the link with the success and failure of the project.So how to control the requirement of SAP business intelligence project effectively is the research content in this paper.Because someone are not familiar with related products of SAP business intelligence,in this paper,the author give a brief introduction of the SAP products and modeling tools,and lists the product defects,prepare for explaining how to control therequirement of SAP BI projects.In this paper,according to the demand of engineering stage division principle,the author divides the requirement control into fourparts,requirement acquisition,requirement analysis,function specification design,and requirement management.In the requirements elicitation phase,suggestions in personnel arrangements,consultant level,operation process three aspects to control requirements;In the stage of requirement analysis split into business,technology,process three control points;In the stage of requirement specifications,business logic should be clear,the data models were designed according to the principle of development;In the requirement management from version control,change control,requirement tracking control three aspects to describe.Through these suggestions,readers can obtain a set of feasible solutions that contribute to the SAP business intelligence project.Because of the limited experience of the project,the problems are all based on the projects which author has been participated in,readers may haven't met this kind of problems.The solution proposed in this paper has been carried out in the project which have been implemented,and obtained good results,but also in the unceasing revision.We can't through one or two projects will be able to study thoroughly the SAP business intelligence project requirement control.So the author will do this work as a long-term study.
