With the rapid development in economy of Langfang,and the strategy of the"Internet +”,people’s need for the mobile communications business are increasing year by year,especially the data business.It’s becoming the a new direction for customer needs.Take this as an opportunity,Langfang(CMCC)increases the investment in wireless network construction.From 2014 to the present,more than 1,200 new communications base stations have been constructed,it’s more than all the base station sum since the establishment of Langfang(CMCC).Facing with such a huge project,it’s important for Langfang(CMCC)to control the impact of communication engineering progress of the various factors.It’s the insurance of the quickly finishing by quality.In this article,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of the project management and project progress management,combined with the actual situation of Langfang(CMCC)wireless network project,we will analyze and summarize the four factors that affect the communication project schedule management including cost factors,organizational factors,quality factors and risk factors and put forward targeted control measures.At the same time,scientific methods are used to evaluate the effect of management and control quantitatively.Using the scientific engineering progress management methods to better solve the problems in the communication project management of Langfang(CMCC)and improve the ability of project management and the efficiency of enterprise.In this article,the research method is adhering to the principle of combining theory with practice,according to the various deficiencies of Langfang(CMCC)in communication project schedule management,summarizing the four factors that influence schedule management.Using the Internet thinking and method to put forward the solution which keeping up with the times.And the solution is affirmed in a quantitative way in the post evaluation of the project.It has certain guidance and reference significance to the progress management of communication project. |
