Firstly,this thesis introduces the Development of project management and cost managementrecently.Project management is the main management process to ensure the quality,progress and cost of the project in the process of project development.Moreover,the cost management is extremely central as part of project management,project management has become an important part of great concern and research.Secondly,this thesis introduces the basic framework and process of cost management,and cost estimation method and estimation of multiple steps.Finally,forexample,invoice management system in this thesis;it introduces the background and demand of the project.It analysestherelationshipbetweenprojectmanagement processes and cost management process.According to the theory and method of cost estimation and cost control,thecostmanagement process of the project is analyzed statistically and concretely.At the same time,according to the various factors in the process of cost management,the theoretical knowledge and practical application are related.It promotes further research on cost management.
