Study On The Financial Management Of A Company's Projects

Rail traffic became to an important part of urban transportation facilities due to its carrying capacity?fast speed and stable operation which contribute a lot to the progress of urbanization.Since 1999,A company starts to become a business partner to China customer.In the past years,with its advanced manufacturing technology and solid project management experience,A company won a good reputation from customer as well as the market share.While,A company need to enhance the project financial performance to achieve the 2020 goal.In this paper,demonstrated the overall situation of A company,such as organization structure and the main content of project financial management,by analyzing the problems in project execution,deduct the root cause of these problems by observing the external macro environment of China,like the hot topic of China manufacturing 2025,at the meanwhile,by observing the internal process and system.On the basis of project financial management theory?project controlling and financial index analysis,try to find feasible solutions to optimize and improve the financial performance of A company's project management.To ensure the solution can be well applied,A company have to implement the guaranteeing measures from organization,human resources and technical support.I hope this study can give some reference for the companies in the same industry who are facing the same issues.
