| In 1987,KFC entered China,and openned the prelede to the development of China’s fast food industry.In the 21 st century,China’s fast-food industry started to growing rapidly.In 2015,the sales volume of China’s fast food industry reached 710.7 billion yuan,up by 15.32% annually.It has become the main format of catering industry of China’s market.Beacause of the expansion,the need for chain store management grows rapidly.Management employee retention and reducing the loss of store managers,have become an increasingly important task in the fast food industry.Based on the ERG theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the retained status of store managers in U company by using the methods of literature research and investigation and research,sorts out the different needs of store managers at all levels of U company,and the loss of store management because of unmet needs.Finally,based on these analysis,bring up the store management retention program and measures of safeguard for implementation.In this way,to reduce the separation rate for store management and meet the need of the company in the high speed development period. |
