Henan Shengjin Garden Engineering Co.,Ltd.,established in 2002,has a first-class qualification for municipal public works,a first-level qualification for landscaping,a qualification for landscape engineering design,and a qualification for municipal engineering design B,with a registered capital of RMB 300 million.With a group of high-quality,high-skill,high-standard management and construction teams,it is a comprehensive enterprise that integrates design and construction such as landscaping,urban roads,bridges,water supply and drainage,and sewage treatment plants.The company with a high level of professional management,manufacturing excellent machinery and equipment,as well as strong technical strength,in the industry has a good image.This paper mainly studies on the Henan Shengjin Garden Engineering Co.,LTD.,in the construction process of the various risks and risk of property damage.In this paper,the risk and financial risk is defined as the enterprise financial risk.And is also understandable become the embodiment of various risks monetization.As the construction company has obvious industry characteristics,all the activities of construction enterprises is around the construction project,the construction project cycle is long,the investment is large,such as large liquidity characteristics,it also determines the construction enterprises in construction process.The financial risks and uncertainties face to the influence factors,such as the damage caused by larger,etc.Through the risk management present situation research on Henan Shengjin Garden Engineering Co.,LTD.,we find out the links and aspects of risk concentration which targeted to prevent and control these risks by means of scientific and reasonable,as the result we can minimize risk of loss.The main problems in the financial risk of Henan Shengjin garden company are that the risk consciousness of the company managers is weak,the internal control system of the company is not perfect,the supervision system is not perfect,the financial risk management personnel lacks of professional talents,and the system security is not well.The following suggestions are put forward through the study of this article: First,we should establish the risk awareness correctly and strengthen the financial risk prevention;Secondly,we should adhere to the principle and establish to improve the internal control system and supervision system of manufacturing company.Third,pay close attention to the changes in the company's external environment and strengthen external protection;Finally,appropriate measures are proposed to deal with the financial risks at different stages.
