Research On Improvement Of Financial Risk Management Of Electronic Manufacturing Enterprise M

Enterprises will face all kinds of financial risks in each progress of operation especially the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020.More and more challenges for enterprises to manage the business.So it is very important for enterprises to avoid financial risks.Company M is a start-up entity of electronics manufacturing enterprise invested by an US company.Some companies which are weak even face bankruptcy.Therefore,financial risk management is particularly important for enterprises to run their business.This thesis studies the financial risk of company M which is a start-up type electronic manufacturing entity in financing activities,investment activities,operating activities based on the COSO-ERM theory.Put forward optimization suggestions and improvement measures from the identification,evaluation and risk control scheme of financial risk research,combined with the actual business situation of the enterprise to manage the financial risk for the healthy development of enterprises.First of all,it introduces the basic situation of company M including organizational chart and its financials.And it introduces and analyzes the current situation of financial risk management of company M.Secondly,the expert scoring method is used to evaluate the 13 financial risks of company M in financing activities,investment activities and operation activities.Then it presents the probability and severity of each risk in the form of risk matrix.Finally,according to the assessment results,in view of the main financial risk in company M in the business process,respectively from the internal environment,set up in accordance with control target for the development of the company,focus on major risk response,control of significant risk,to ensure the effectiveness of information communication and strengthen supervision and so on six aspects of financial risk management measures are put forward and carry out the plan.It helps company M to build financial risk management idea according to the study as the point view of finance manager.And it finds out the loopholes in the current risk management as far as possible,so as to take corresponding control measures as soon as possible,avoid the bankruptcy caused by the financial crisis.Therefore,the author hopes that this article can achieve the following two points through the study: on the one hand,to erect a correct weathervane for company M operating management and financial operation;On the other hand,it would be better to make some contributions to the related industries.
