Research On Residue Ratio Calculation And Application Of Household Used Passenger Cars Based On The Vehicle Classification

In recent years,with the significant increase of the consumption level of the residents in China,the upgrading frequency of the household used passenger car is also rising,which promote the transaction activity in second-hand car market.However,in the rapid development of the second-hand car market,many serious problems have also been exposed,and what is worth paying special attention to is the calculation of the residue ratio that is often involved in the value evaluation of used cars.As we all know,the factors that affect the residue ratio of used cars are various and complex,including not only the devaluation of entities,but also the economic devaluation and functional devaluation,nevertheless the existing calculation formula just reflects the influence of physical condition on the residue ratio of the used car,and ignores the influence of the market environment on the residue ratio of used cars.Therefore,the current residue ratio determination method of used cars is lack of certain accuracy.Through the research,many scholars have done a lot of research on the selection and quantification of the factors affecting the residue ratio of used cars,but none of them got a unified consensus.For this reason,the following methods are adopted to determine the residue ratio of used cars in this paper.Above all,this paper take the domestic household used passenger cars as the research objects,and then mainly uses the method of clustering analysis to categorize all kinds of household passenger cars by corresponding variables,and the used cars that have similar residue ratio trend go into a category.Then we establish the regression equations.Adopting the regression equation,the average residue ratio that contains all devaluation factors of the used cars can be calculated.However,as the residue ratio does not reflect the specific situation of the used vehicle,the physical residue ratio of the used vehicle should be considered.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main problems of the five residue ratio determining methods,and finally selects the comprehensive residue ratio determining method which will be ameliorated on the aspect of measurement of the term of automobile use.Then,combining the two residue ratio determining methods,we get the definitive residue ratio determining method.Finally,using the definitive residue ratio determining methods to assess the value of the cars that have been transacted,and it is proved that it is feasible to modify the calculation formula of the residue ratio of the household used passenger car.
